Usually bacon wrapped dates are the thing this time of year,and people typically stuff them with a cream cheese mixture of sorts.They are delicious but I wanted to change it up.

Can I substitute dry figs for fresh figs??

Yes!All you need to do is place the dry figs in a pot of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes until they puff up.This will rehydrate the figs and bring some moisture back in to them.Remove them from the water and pat dry with a paper towel.They are ready to use!!

How to make bacon wrapped figs??

  2. Cook them in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy!!

Ingredients

  • 25 dried figs
  • 8-9 strips of bacon,切成三份

  4. Remove figs from water and place on a paper towel lined plate.Pat干。
